Grant Durbahn

Grant Durbahn is from Waterloo, Iowa, and just completed his fourth year in Economics and Mathematics at Iowa State University. He applied to the program because he is interested in the opportunity to work on real problems impacting local communities. Grant is interested in learning, not only data science skills, but also the mindset of data scientists.  Specifically, he is interested in learning how to express data so that everyone, not just data scientists, is involved in the decision-making process.
