Senior Program Director for ISU Extension and Outreach
Chad Higgins is the Senior Program Director for the Iowa State University Extension and Outreach. ISU Extension and Outreach has offices in all 99 counties in Iowa and serves all Iowans with research-based educational programming around agriculture and natural resources, positive youth development, human sciences, and community economic development. Chad is a strong advocate for solid data science initiatives that help our communities both big and small thrive by harnessing the rich data they collect each day.
